Network Rail Strategic Business Plan

The draft Network Rail Strategic Business Plan for 2009 to 2014, is the rail industry response to the Government’s Rail White Paper and HLOS, and included proposals on the West Anglia Routes for longer trains on inner and outer suburban routes, a solution to the level crossings on the Lea Valley Line and four tracking around 2016. The West Anglia Routes Group responded to an Office of Rail Regulation consultation by supporting the Network Rail proposals and calling for the investment to fund them.
