West Anglia Routes Group Response to the Rail White Paper and High Level Output Specification

Following the publication of the Government’s Rail White Paper and High Level Output Specification, the West Anglia Routes Group responded by calling for major improvements in the West Anglia Routes to be funded as a priority, to meet the forecast capacity increases, with an allocation of 240 carriages to allow immediate train lengthening.
